The next weekend at Caspar Inn on Sunday the 13th is *Mad Cow Jazz* playing swing jazz for your dancing hooves--with the same lineup as BongoLatte Trio, the small band version, with Dorian May on *acoustic *piano, Dorothea May on bass, and yours truly on
drums/percussion, plus the inimitable Charlie Valley on vocal chords, and Sunny Cordell on tenor sax. $5 to $500 sliding scale.... 7 to 10. Just remember:* Dance or Die!!! [?]*

April 6 through June 24 - Ukiah scratchboard artist Alex Murray presents amazingly
beautiful realistic animals. Henry White of Petaluma will exhibit his vibrant
California landscapes in oil. Offering works of all mediums, the forty-five
artisans of Towers Gallery will show art depicting ?Cloverdale? with three
dimensional artisans of blown glass, turned wood, fine hand carved wood tables,
fiber art, ceramics, fired and Raku pottery, exquisite jewelry and vintage
collectible sculpture assemblage offered.

In honor of community, Towers Gallery presents “Cloverdale” Where the Vineyards Meet the Redwoods, from April 6 through June 24, 2012. Local garden lover, Anne Styles, offers Dried Flowers with Silica workshop.

Towers Gallery, a cooperative members gallery, will feature Alex Murray and Henry White. L' Annexe Towers continues to feature Cloverdale High School art students, mentored by Ralph Duell.

(Cloverdale, CA) April 1, 2012_____ Ukiah scratchboard artist Alex Murray presents amazingly beautiful realistic animals. Henry White of Petaluma will exhibit his vibrant California landscapes in oil. Offering works of all mediums, the forty-five artisans of Towers Gallery will show art depicting “Cloverdale” with three dimensional artisans of blown glass, turned wood, fine hand carved wood tables, fiber art, ceramics, fired and Raku pottery, exquisite jewelry and vintage collectible sculpture assemblage offered.

Cloverdale High School 11th and 12th grade art students exhibit complementary works throughout the Gallery and in the Towers L' Annexe venue located in the first floor suite.    

Anne Styles presents a workshop Introduction to Dried Flowers with Silica on Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 11am-noon. Workshop signup with advance $15.00 fee, including supplies, is required. Sign up at Gallery.

“Cloverdale” reception on Saturday, April 21 from 5-9pm. Luscious Zinfandel wine graciously poured by Wine Guerrilla , hors d’ oeuvres, raffle and ’60-’80’s pop music played by local Cloverdale musician Oscar Calderon on guitar with vocals. Meet the artists!

Santa Rosa photographer, Frank Oravetz shows "Celebrating the World Before Me", offering work from his travels that have spiritually touched him. Frank, recent winner of the Towers Gallery “Seasons” contest received the community vote for “best artist”. Melissa Cox of Cloverdale will exhibit colorful and vibrant watercolors. Offering works of all mediums, the forty-five artisans of Towers Gallery will show a variety of art, and to include three dimensional artisans of blown glass, turned wood, fine hand carved wood tables, fiber art, ceramics, fired and Raku pottery, exquisite jewelry, hand painted silk clothing and vintage collectible sculpture assemblage are offered.

Come “Celebrate Towers Gallery” at a reception on Saturday, July 21 from 5-9pm. Wine graciously poured by Deanna & Ted Starr’s Hopland Milano Family Vineyards, and Vino di Amore of Cloverdale. Enjoy edible delights, artist raffle and music with jazz recording artist Nahara performing on guitar with vocals. Meet the artists!

Cloverdale High School art students participated in the "Congressional Art Contest sponsored by Mike Thompson Congressman" with 100 entries submitted from his districts. CHS submitted 23. CHS student artist, Crysta Jojola won for Sonoma County.

In continuing art partnership with Vino di Amore, Jim Van Deren will be showing his dynamic and fiery acrylic and verre e’glomise abstracts at Vino di Amore from July through September. Reception on Saturday, June 30 from 7:30-8:00pm.

Lighted Boat Parade
Friday, Dec 6 - 5:30p
Noyo Harbor, Fort Bragg
6th Annual Lighted Boat Parade in Noyo Harbor Participants are asked to rendezvous in their lighted craft in front of the Coast Guard station at 5:30PM. The parade will proceed downriver from there and make several trips up and down the river until approx. 6:30. People wishing to view the parade may do so at any of the great restaurants in the harbor or at the end of North Harbor Drive under the bridge at 6pm. If it rains, parade postponed until Sunday Dec. 8 within the same timeframe.
